|Brady Mikal-Walter Pierce 2001 ~ 2017
Brady Mikal-Walter Pierce was born September 8, 2001 in Salem, Missouri to
Eric and Christina (Acord) Pierce and passed away June 19, 2017 in Salem,
Missouri at the age of fifteen years.
Brady's passion was music. He loved drums, guitars, and marching band. He
enjoyed air soft, hunting, working on trucks, and computers. Brady loved
spending time with his family and friends. He attended Grace Community
Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Donald William Pierce II; great
grandparents, Berna Dean Stacy, Robert Reed, Donald William Pierce Sr.,
Helen Brooks, and Hershel Woodward.
Survivors include his parents, Eric and Tina Pierce, Salem; sister, Liberty
Pierce, Salem; grandparents, Laura and Walter Acord, Salem, Chet and
Arlene Yost, Salem; great grandparents, Russell Stacy, Betty Roberts, Jack
Roberts, Alice Pierce, and Charlene Reed; several aunts, uncles, cousins,
extended family and friends.
Brady was deeply loved by his family and friends and the memories he
shared will be cherished.
Funeral service for Brady Pierce was held Thursday, June 22, 2017 at the
Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Bro. Jerry Lea officiating. A letter was
read from his mother, Tina. Special CD selections were played. Serving as
pallbearers were Cole Laws, Jacob Blackwell, Hayden Gotchal, Michael
Wallace, Brian Kohut, Hannah Acord, Austin Merritt and Josh Yost. Honorary
pallbearers were Evan Abney, Roy Melead, Maddie Van Dien, Lindsay Sellers
and Drew Howard. Interment was in the Carty Cemetery with special music by
the Salem Marching Blue Drum Line.
